Welcome to the Class Schedule

Here, you can book a variety of classes, including our weekly sessions as well as meditation, breathwork, and wild yoga. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, we have something for everyone


Weekly Yoga Classes

Join our regular sessions to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive, welcoming space. You’ll be guided through a blend of Hatha, Restorative, Nidra, and Yin Yoga—each designed to meet you where you are and support your wellbeing.


A block of 6 classes costs £54 and can be used flexibly across any of our weekly sessions within 7 weeks.


Taster Sessions

New to yoga or curious to explore? You’re welcome to book a taster in any of our four weekly classes. It’s a gentle way to experience the practice and get a feel for the space, with no pressure to commit. Taster sessions are £10.


If you're staying at Meon Springs, joining a class can be a lovely way to unwind and settle in.

We’d love to welcome you to the mat and support you in finding steadiness, spaciousness, and ease.

Class Schedule

Tuesday evening 7:00–8:15pm

A steady evening practice to help you unwind and reset after the day.


Wednesday morning 10:00–11:15am

A mid-morning session to energise your body and bring focus to your week.


Thursday evening 6:30–7:45pm

An evening class to ease tension and support a restful night.


Sunday 9:30am – Soulful Sunday

A playful, spacious practice with a curated playlist.
