FORAGE & flow - 9TH mAY

Yoga, walking and foraging at The Yoga Space, Meon Springs in East Meon.

Saturday 9th May | 9:30am – 2pm | The Yoga Space, Meon Springs, East Meon.

Forage and Flow is an invitation to step out of the everyday and into the rhythm of the season. Across the day, you’ll move, breathe, wander, taste and reconnect  with nature, with others and with yourself.

Set within the rolling landscape of the South Downs, this experience brings together morning yoga, a guided foraging walk, and a shared seasonal lunch inspired by ingredients growing right outside the door.

What to Expect:

Yoga - 9:30-10:30

We begin with an hour of yoga led by Stacey at The Yoga Space — a steady, spacious practice to wake the body, settle the mind and ease into the day.

Foraging walk 10:30 – 12:30

Helena then guides us into the surrounding landscape for a two‑hour foraging walk. You’ll learn how to recognise what’s in season and gather a few wild ingredients along the way.

Nature Meditation: 12:45 – 13:00

Back at The Yoga Space, Stacey leads a short, nature‑focused meditation, a mindful pause before lunch.

Lunch: 13:00 – 14:00

A relaxed, seasonal lunch featuring fresh salads, local produce and a few of the wild flavours you discovered on the walk woven into the menu.

We close at 2pm, leaving you well‑fed, grounded and a little more connected to the landscape around.

£60pp including lunch and refreshments

Please note: Places are non‑refundable, as the session is planned around a set number of participants. If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to pass your place on to a friend.

Stretch & Stride: Friday 5th June 2026 - East Meon

Stretch & Stride – Overview

9:30am – Arrive at The Yoga Space

The morning starts at The Yoga Space, East Meon with Stacey for a welcoming and energising yoga session to help everyone settle in, warm up and feel ready for the walk.

10am – Guided 9km walk on the South Downs

After yoga, Helena will lead an approx. 9km walk across the South Downs, taking in the rolling hills and the views around Old Winchester Hill.

Around 1pm – Return to The Yoga Space

Settle the body with a 45‑minute restorative yoga session to support relaxation and round off the morning.

1:30pm – Finish

Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and lifted by time outdoors and gentle movement.

The pace will be steady and active, with a few mindful moments along the way, but mostly it’s about being outside, moving your body, meeting new people, and enjoying the landscape together.

Halfway round, the group stops for hot drinks and a homemade bake, provided by us — a simple, welcome pause before the final stretch.

What to bring

Dress for the weather and be ready for a 9km walk. Comfortable walking shoes or boots are essential, along with a water bottle and any layers you might want for the hills. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own. A small backpack is useful for carrying your bits while we’re out. Lunch isn’t included, so you may want to bring something to eat after the final yoga session. Hot drinks and a homemade bake are provided on the walk.

Cost: £45pp

All bookings are non‑refundable, as places are limited and planned in advance.

Please note timings are approximate and will depend on the pace of the group on the day.

The morning starts at The Yoga Space, East Meon with Stacey for a welcoming and energising yoga session to help everyone settle in, warm up and feel ready for the walk.

After yoga, Helena will lead an approx. 9km walk across the South Downs, taking in the rolling hills and the views around Old Winchester Hill.

The morning finishes back at The Yoga Space with a restorative yoga session to ease tired legs and support deep relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and settled in your body.
