Weekly Yoga Classes
Join our weekly sessions to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a warm, supportive space.
On Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings, classes focus on Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga. They’re slower sessions designed to help you settle, stretch and support your wellbeing. Wednesday evenings shift to a more active pace with Vinyasa flow and breathwork.
Beginners are warmly welcomed on Tuesday eve and Wednesday morning, while Wednesday evening class is best suited to those with previous yoga experience.
A block of 6 classes costs £54 and can be used flexibly across any of our weekly sessions within 7 weeks.
Taster Sessions
New to yoga or curious to explore? You’re welcome to book a taster in any of our four weekly classes. It’s a gentle way to experience the practice and get a feel for the space, with no pressure to commit. Taster sessions are £10.
If you're staying at Meon Springs, joining a class can be a good way to unwind and settle in. If there isn’t a class scheduled during your stay, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange a bespoke group session or a 1:1 class.

A mid-morning session to energise your body and bring focus to your week.
Wednesday evening 6:30–7:45pm
An evening classes which explores dynamic movement and breathwork.
