Welcome to Wandering Wild Yoga, where we have been nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through yoga for over thirteen years. Our studio, The Yoga Space at Meon Springs, has been our cherished home for the past seven years. Located in the picturesque South Downs of East Meon, Hampshire, our studio offers a serene escape from the everyday hustle.
In our yoga classes, we focus on flowing movement, breathing techniques, meditation, and exploring the rich philosophy of yoga. Our classes are accessible to all levels, whether you're a beginner or more
During the class, we will guide you through a series of asanas (poses) that promote strength, flexibility, and balance. We will also incorporate pranayama (breathing exercises) to help you cultivate a deeper awareness of your breath and energise your body.
One of our main goals is to create a calm and joyful atmosphere where you can find peace and relaxation. We believe that yoga is not just a physical practice, but also a journey that nourishes your mind and spirit.
Stacey, your teacher, is dedicated to providing individual attention and modifications to ensure that each student feels supported and can practice safely.

At Wandering Wild Yoga, our mission is to provide a welcoming space where people can come to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves through the practice of yoga. Our home is The Yoga Space studio, in the Yurt Village at Meon Springs, which is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley within easy reach of Petersfield. We hold weekly yoga classes as well as sound baths, yoga retreats, workshops and outdoor yoga throughout the year.
We are proud to have built a supportive and inclusive community. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, you will find a welcoming and non-judgmental space here. We value diversity and strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.
Our classes are based on the principles of hatha yoga - combining breath work, meditation, and flowing movement with restorative and yin practices to help you connect with your body and create space in your mind and regulate your nervous system.
Stacey, your teacher, is a great believer in comfort and adapting the practise to suit your individual needs suggesting variations, and using bolsters and cushions to support your body to relieve any tension or discomfort.

Join us for Wild Yoga, where in the warmer months we take our practice outdoors to connect with nature and find peace in the natural beauty of the Meon Valley and South Downs.
Our Wild Yoga sessions combine walking, yoga, and meditation, inviting you to breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath your feet, and experience the many physical and emotional benefits of being outdoors. Move through gentle yoga sequences surrounded by beautiful scenery, and discover a truly unique way to enhance your practice.
In addition to our regular classes, we run retreats, workshops, and events throughout the year, designed to help you deepen your practice and explore different aspects of yoga.
Our retreats are held either in our studio or in other peaceful locations, perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. These retreats provide an opportunity to focus on your practice, enjoy nature, and connect with like-minded individuals.
We cover a wide range of topics in our workshops, including yoga nidra, restorative yoga, flow yoga, the chakra system, breathwork, meditation, sound bath and somantic movement.
