This retreat at Meon Springs is designed to calm your nervous system and restore your energy, with time to move, breathe, rest and switch off.
Days move at an easy pace, with time outdoors, good food and evenings round the fire, so you leave feeling rested, refreshed and well nourished.

£600pp for single occupancy.
Only 9 places available.
Pay in full, or secure your place with a £150 deposit and pay the balance by 29 January 2027.

Friday: Arrive from 4pm, settle in and meet the group. We’ll ease into the retreat with yoga and intention setting, then dinner, sauna and plunge followed by a warming cup of cacao.
Saturday: Sauna and yoga to start the day, then out hiking on the Downs with lunch on the hill. Back for some free time before dinner, whether that’s a sauna, a rest in your yurt, a book on the sofa or enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The evening ends slowly with journaling, Yoga Nidra and gathering round the fire.
Sunday: A morning sauna if you fancy it, then yoga, a foraging walk and lunch together. We’ll finish with a closing circle at 2pm, departing by 3pm.
Meon Springs sits in the South Downs National Park, with open hills, woodland and springs on the doorstep. You’ll sleep in a yurt, wake to birdsong and spend your evenings by the fire.

Stacey found yoga in her twenties and has been teaching for over 15 years. She runs Wandering Wild Yoga and opened The Yoga Space at Meon Springs 10 years ago, a small studio that’s grown into a friendly, supportive community.
Her teaching blends hatha, restorative and yin yoga with breathwork and nervous system support. She’s also a qualified coach and is currently training as a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) practitioner.
Her classes are relaxed, practical and open to every body, whatever your age or experience, and she’s skilled at holding a calm, supportive space where people feel safe to slow down and be themselves.

Helena is a Hampshire-based Mountain Leader and ethnobotanist with a love of wild places, muddy boots and big views.
Her work is all about connecting people with the outdoors and with each other. Out on the trail she shares the stories and uses of the plants along the way.
That love of nature carries into her passion for food, from eating with the seasons to choosing foods that support hormone health.
Whether she’s leading a group up a windswept ridge or round the table, she wants people to come away feeling stronger, calmer and a little more alive.

Please reach us at info@wanderingwildyoga.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Not at all. The yoga sessions are accessible, steady and suitable for all levels. You can take everything at your own pace.
No. They’re there if you want them, and we’ll talk you through it. You’re welcome to stick to the sauna or skip both altogether. Heat and cold put extra demand on the heart and circulation, so if you’re pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure or any other medical condition, please check with your GP before booking and let us know.
The hike is around 10km across the South Downs, with some hills along the way. It’s led by Helena, a Mountain Leader with lots of experience guiding groups outdoors. We plan the route around the weather on the day and go at a steady pace with plenty of breaks and lunch on the hill. If you can walk comfortably for a few hours, you’ll be fine.
Shared yurts sleep two, or you can choose your own yurt when you book. They’re tucked among the trees, each with its own firepit, comfy beds, bed linen, electric lights, a wood-burning stove and its own toilet and shower. At the heart of the village is the Yurtery, a shared space with a kitchen and seating area.
Food is at the heart of this retreat. Every meal is seasonal, vegetarian and lovingly prepared to nourish your body after a day outdoors. As a special treat, The Hampshire Vegan are joining us to cook Saturday’s dinner and Sunday’s lunch, so you can sit back and enjoy a proper feast made with ingredients sourced as locally as possible. We can cater for all dietary requirements and will send a short health and dietary questionnaire after you book. This is an alcohol-free retreat.
