If you want a yoga practice that meets you where you are, 1:1 sessions offer focused support, tailored guidance, and space to move at your own pace. Whether you’re rebuilding strength, improving mobility, easing stress, or simply wanting a practice that fits your life, private sessions give you the time and attention you need.

How it Works

  1. We start with a free 25‑minute discovery call to understand what you’re looking for.
  2. You choose a one‑off session or a block of four.
  3. We meet weekly or fortnightly, either in person sessions at The Yoga Space in East Meon, in your home within a 20-mile radius of East Meon or online via Zoom.
  4. Each session is shaped around how you feel on the day, with space to adjust and evolve as you go.
  5. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use beyond the session.
