Welcome to the Class Schedule

Here, you can book a variety of classes, including our weekly sessions, meditation, breathwork, and wild yoga. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, we have something for everyone:


Weekly Yoga Classes: Join our regular sessions to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You will be guided through various styles, including Hatha, Restorative, Nidra and Yin Yoga.


Taster Sessions: Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Our taster sessions are perfect to get a feel for the practice in a welcoming and supportive environment. If you are staying at Meon Springs, this is the perfect way to make your stay even more relaxing.

Taster Session

We understand that committing to a full course of yoga sessions can feel like a big step, especially if you are new to yoga, that's why we are offering taster sessions. Come and join us, bring a friend if you like, and immerse yourself in the supportive, fun, and friendly atmosphere of our studio. This is your opportunity to experience a yoga class, ask questions, and see first hand how it can enhance your well-being.


If you are staying at Meon Springs, this is the perfect way to make your stay even more relaxing.


Cost: £10pp


Taster sessions can be used in Tuesday and Thursday evening and Sunday morning classes.

Tuesday 7:00pm-8:15pm Yoga with Stacey

Hatha yoga and vinyasa flow - combining breath work, meditation, and flowing movement to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or more experienced. 


Cost: Course of six classes £54

Thursday 6:30pm - 7:45pm Yoga with Stacey

Hatha yoga and vinyasa flow - combining breath work, meditation, and flowing movement to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Classes are suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or more experienced.
