Weekly Yoga Classes: Join our regular sessions to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You will be guided through various styles, including Hatha, Restorative, Nidra and Yin Yoga.
Taster Sessions: Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? Our taster sessions are perfect to get a feel for the practice in a welcoming and supportive environment.
New Breathwork and Meditation Classes: Starting in November, we are excited to introduce specialised classes focused on breathwork and meditation. These 30 minute session follow the weekday classes, so you can combine the two.

We understand that committing to a full course of yoga sessions can feel like a big step, especially if you are new to yoga, that's why we are offering taster sessions. You’ll be guided step-by-step along the journey, helping you find stillness and calm through focused breathing, visualisation, and relaxation techniques. Unlock the power of conscious breathing to enhance your overall well-being. Pranayama, an ancient practice rooted in yoga, focuses on regulating the breath to achieve balance and harmony. Throughout the 4 weeks, you’ll learn techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental clarity, boost physical health, and manage emotions.

Mindful Wanders bring together walking, yoga and meditation in beautiful natural setting across the Meon Valley and South Downs. Our teacher, Stacey, has designed these special wild yoga walks to not only immerse in you in your surroundings, but to embrace the beauty of silence, connecting to nature through the holistic practise of yoga and mindful walking.
