Our classes are based on the principles of hatha yoga and vinyasa flow - combining breath work, meditation, and flowing movement to help you connect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
Stacey, your teacher, is a great believer in comfort and adapting the practise to suit your individual needs suggesting variations, and using bolsters and cushions to support your body to relieve any tension or discomfort.
Wandering Wild Yoga can be found at The Yurt Village, Meon Springs, which is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley in easy reach of Petersfield. Our studio 'The Yoga Space' is where we hold yoga classes, sound baths, yoga retreats and our wild yoga walks offering - Mindful Wanders.
The Yoga Space has been lovingly created as a place for you to discover the joy of yoga and explore the transformative power of this ancient practise.
