1:1 yoga sessions combine yoga movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation designed specifically for your individual needs. This could be anything from recovering from injury, building strength, developing a personal practise or focusing on mental health and wellbeing. Classes can take place in our studio, The Yoga Space, in East Meon or in the comfort of your own home, either in-person (within 10 miles of East Meon) or via Zoom.
4x 60 minute private 1:1 – Prior to the first class there will be a 30-minute discovery call to discuss what you would like to get out of the sessions, and to define your goals. From this conversation I will create your personal four-week plan, including practices for you to do in between the sessions.

You can tailor the class to suit, choosing from an active asana class, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, meditation or a combination.
