We offer in person sessions at our studio, The Yoga Space in East Meon, in-person sessions within a 10-mile radius of East Meon and virtual sessions via Zoom.

Prior to the first class there will be a 30-minute discovery call to discuss what you would like to get out of the sessions, and to define your goals. This initial conversation is a valuable opportunity for us to understand your objectives and set clear, achievable goals. Based on our discussion, I will create your personalised four-week plan designed to maximise your progress. Additionally, I will provide you with practices for you to do in between the sessions.
Price: £160 for x4 60 minute sessions (including discovery call)
