At Wandering Wild Yoga we have been running yoga classes, retreats and workshops for over thirteen years, the last six years from our studio The Yoga Space at Meon Springs, East Meon in Hampshire. Set in the backdrop of the rolling hills of the South Downs it is a wonderful place to pause, take a breath and explore the practice of yoga.
Our classes are based on the principles of hatha yoga - combining breath work, meditation, and flowing movement to help you feel more connected to your body, ease your minds, and cultivate a sense peace. It is a wonderful way to enjoy yoga and is suitable for everyone, whether you are a beginner or more experienced.
Stacey, your teacher, is a great believer in making yoga accessible by adapting the classes to suit your individual needs. She takes time to suggest variations and offers gentle guidance on adjustments using props such as chairs, bolsters and cushions to help you ease tension in your body.
Wandering Wild Yoga can be found at Meon Springs, East Meon, which is nestled in the beautiful Meon Valley in easy reach of Petersfield. Our studio, ‘The Yoga Space’, is where we hold yoga classes, sound baths, yoga retreats, workshops, and Mindful Wanders - our wild yoga sessions.
The space has been lovingly created as a safe and inclusive place for you to discover the joy of yoga and explore the transformative power of this ancient practice.
Join us for a Mindful Wander, where we take our practice outdoors to connect with nature and find peace in the natural beauty of the Meon Valley and South Downs. Our outdoor yoga classes invite you to connect with nature while experiencing the many physical and emotional benefits of being outdoors.
Breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath your feet, and experience something truly unique as you move through gentle yoga sequences surrounded by beautiful scenery.
In addition to our regular classes, we run retreats, workshops, and events throughout the year, designed to help you deepen your practice and explore different aspects of yoga.
Our retreats are held either in our studio or in other peaceful locations, perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. These retreats provide an opportunity to focus on your practice, enjoy nature, and connect with like-minded individuals.
We cover a wide range of topics in our workshops, including yoga nidra, restorative yoga, flow yoga, the chakra system, breathwork, meditation, sound bath and somantic movement.
