A half-day experience that brings yoga, walking and good company together. Starting with an energising yoga session, the morning moves into a guided 10km walk across the South Downs with views around Old Winchester Hill, a stop for hot drinks and homemade bakes and finishes with restorative yoga at The Yoga Space.
Welcome to Wandering Wild Yoga, where we have been nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through yoga for over ten years. Our studio, The Yoga Space at Meon Springs, has been our cherished home for the past eight years. Located in the picturesque South Downs in East Meon, Hampshire, our studio offers a serene escape from the everyday hustle.

I found yoga in my twenties, long before kids, career shifts or the idea of teaching. What started as a personal practice quickly became a steady thread through life: a way to move, breathe, and stay connected to myself through change, challenge, and growth.
Fifteen years ago, I began teaching. Not to perfect poses, but to offer what yoga had given me: space to pause, tools to navigate stress, and a practice that adapts to real life. Over time, I’ve worked with many students each with their own story and watched yoga quietly transform bodies, minds, and nervous systems. That’s what keeps me teaching.
Nine years ago, I opened The Yoga Space at Meon Springs. It’s a simple, welcoming studio that’s grown into a friendly, supportive community. I run weekly classes as well as workshops, retreats, and 1:1 sessions all designed to be inclusive, joyful, and practical.
My teaching blends hatha, restorative, and yin practices with breathwork and nervous system support. I offer practical choices, use props to support comfort and always encourage students to listen to their bodies. My aim is to make yoga accessible, useful and supportive whatever your age, experience or body type.

Set in the peaceful Yurt Village at Meon Springs, The Yoga Space is a warm, well-equipped studio where Wandering Wild Yoga holds weekly classes, workshops, sound baths, and retreats throughout the year.
The studio is simple, calm, and thoughtfully set up to support your practice. Mats, bolsters, and cushions are provided, and the space is designed to feel comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, you'll find clear guidance, practical options, and a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
Classes blend movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to help you build strength, ease tension, and reconnect with your body. We keep things straightforward, adaptable, and supportive—so you can practise in a way that works for you.
