Welcome to Wandering Wild Yoga, where we have been nurturing the mind, body, and spirit through yoga for over ten years. Our studio, The Yoga Space at Meon Springs, has been our cherished home for the past eight years. Located in the picturesque South Downs in East Meon, Hampshire, our studio offers a serene escape from the everyday hustle.

I’m Stacey—yoga teacher, facilitative coach, and founder of Wandering Wild Yoga. I specialise in breath-led, person-centred yoga that supports embodied wellbeing and nurtures a balanced, resilient nervous system.
My teaching blends hatha, restorative, and yin practices with a deep respect for autonomy, inclusivity, and psychological safety. In each class, I weave together flowing movement, breathwork, meditation, and the rich philosophy of yoga to support your whole self—body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're brand new or returning to the mat, you'll find a space that meets you exactly where you are.
We move gently, breathe deeply, and rest often. Each session includes a sequence of asanas (poses) to build strength, flexibility, and balance, alongside breathing techniques to deepen awareness and energise your body. You’ll be guided with care, offered choices, and reminded that your body knows best.
My aim is to create a calm, joyful atmosphere where you can unwind, reconnect, and feel at ease. Through thoughtful guidance and personalised modifications, I support each student to practise in a way that feels safe, empowering, and attuned to their body.
No matter your age, experience, or fitness level, you're warmly welcome. Whether you're seeking physical vitality or a moment of stillness, I invite you to discover the transformative power of yoga.

Set in the peaceful Yurt Village at Meon Springs, The Yoga Space is a warm, well-equipped studio where Wandering Wild Yoga holds weekly classes, workshops, sound baths, and retreats throughout the year.
The studio is simple, calm, and thoughtfully set up to support your practice. Mats, bolsters, and cushions are provided, and the space is designed to feel comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to the mat, you'll find clear guidance, practical options, and a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
Classes blend movement, breathwork, and restorative practices to help you build strength, ease tension, and reconnect with your body. We keep things straightforward, adaptable, and supportive—so you can practise in a way that works for you.

Join us for Wild Yoga, where in the warmer months we take our practice outdoors to connect with nature and find peace in the natural beauty of the Meon Valley and South Downs.
Our Wild Yoga sessions combine walking, yoga, and meditation, inviting you to breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath your feet, and experience the many physical and emotional benefits of being outdoors. Move through gentle yoga sequences surrounded by beautiful scenery, and discover a truly unique way to enhance your practice.
In addition to our regular classes, we run retreats, workshops, and events throughout the year, designed to help you deepen your practice and explore different aspects of yoga.
Our retreats are held either in our studio or in other peaceful locations, perfect for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of daily life. These retreats provide an opportunity to focus on your practice, enjoy nature, and connect with like-minded individuals.
We cover a wide range of topics in our workshops, including yoga nidra, restorative yoga, flow yoga, the chakra system, breathwork, meditation, sound bath and somantic movement.
